Joel brings more than two decades of experience in complex public-sector organizations, including senior executive and leadership roles spanning finance, operations, governance, planning, and organizational performance.
He brings a practical, operational lens to Clarity’s work, helping organizations understand how the pieces fit together, strengthen accountability and decision-making, improve visibility, and turn priorities into executable plans.
Joel is at his best when there are many moving pieces and the path forward isn’t immediately obvious. He asks the questions that get to the root of the issue and focuses on solutions that work in the real world.
